    Baboon

Another firm favourite of Captain Haddock, the insult baboon is another way of calling someone a monkey.

There is a funny episode in the Tintin book “Flight 714 to Sydney” in which Alan spots a Proboscis monkey in the jungle and is convinced that it reminds him of someone. When he turns around he sees Rastapopolous glaring at him as he has exactly the same nose!

    Example usage:

“Oi, baboon, go and fetch us a sarnie!”
