    Whoreson

    Old English term for an illegitimate child, a child born out of wedlock.

    Made famous by William Shapespeare in the insult from Henry IV, Part 1: “Why, thou clay brained guts, thou knotty pated fool, thou whoreson, obscene, greasy, tallow catch!”

     

    Example usage:

    A great insult from Shakespeare’s play Henry IV, Part 1: “Why, thou clay brained guts, thou knotty pated fool, thou whoreson, obscene, greasy, tallow catch!”
