    Zorro

Zorro is the Spanish word for fox as well as the name of a masked crusader based in California under Spanish colonial rule who defends the noble peasantry against misdeeds by the Spanish nobility.

Zorro has become a slang term synonymous with do-gooder, a person who goes of half-cocked with good intentions but who might not get the bigger picture.

    Example usage:

“I’ll get young Zorro over there to give them a call and tell them to turn down the noise!”.
