Bashi Bazouk
Turkish term for a member of a militia, someone who does not have to fight by the rules. Popularised by Captain Haddock in the Tintin series, it means hooligan, ruffian or savage.
Example usage:
“That Bashi Bazouk stepped on my toes and didn’t say sorry!”.
