Bingo Wings is the slang name given to the flabby, fatty skin that hangs down below the upper arm in older women previously known as a triceps.

The origin of the expression has been traced back to small-town Bingo Halls which are filled with older women whose sole source of physical exercise is raising their arm and shouting “Bingo!” once a week.

Bingo Wings are not to be confused with Buffalo Wings, which are in fact spicy chicken wings!
