E and R
Abbreviation for “Eat and Run”, otherwise known as “to do a runner”.

A play on “R and R”, which stands for “Rest and Recreation” or “Hit and Run”, which is a type of car accident where the driver of the car hits a person or another car and doesn’t wait around for his details to be taken.
