Pilgarlic
Pilgarlic is an ancient insult for a person that is looked down upon, a pillock or fool.
The origin of this insult is believed to be that it is an abbreviated form of “peeled garlic”, which was a way to make fun of bald men, which means that it is an old version of slaphead.
Example usage:
“Oi, Pilgarlic, come over here and let me slap your bald patch!”.
